Al Nahda Hotels & Resorts is a leading hospitality-based group in Oman needed to host its subsidiaries’ brand into one single entity as a holding group company. OPTIMATRA was asked to develop and bring to life the entire brands, as well as all the tools needed for marketing, sales, and the guest experience. This included: hotel positioning and identity statement, identity development and all collateral (sales, in-room guest book and signage, note cards/stationery, etc.)

Together with the owner and the management, OPTIMATRA developed a range of brands within the group aimed at an array of different consumer types. Through offering different brands, Al Nahda Hotels & Resorts can ensure they appeal to everyone according to the consumer types.
